A muesli cereal that helps lactating moms produce more milk.  Supports breastfeeding in a healthy manner.

Chocolate Chip Moosli Bars

Everyone loves cookies!  My kiddo wanted to bake cookies this morning, so we put together a recipe that's tasty for him, and milk-boosting for me  :)  

Dark Chocolate + Ginger Moosli makes a perfect main ingredient in some delicious Chocolate Chip Moosli Bars.  We used honey in lieu of sugar to keep it a bit healthier.

2 3/4 cups Dark Chocolate + Ginger Moosli
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, melted (or coconut oil)
2/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Mix all wet ingredients together, then add dry ingredients, with Moosli last.  Bake in 8x8in pan for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown on the top.

If you prefer round cookies, you can also scoop them out on a baking sheet & bake for 12-14 minutes.  Be aware that they spread quite a bit, so don't make your cookies too big!

Perfect for a lazy Sunday morning, & especially yummy with a glass of almond milk for dairy-free (or reduced!) mamas like me  :)
